Kenny Peters was born and raised in a Mennonite Community in Chihuahua, Mexico. He grew up working in his dad’s apple orchard.
Kenny studied at the Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua, where he received a degree in agronomy. He also studied for a year at the Universidad de Talca, in Chile.
After graduating, he worked at the family orchard before becoming a full-time consultant, specializing in trees.
He always knew there had to be a better way to farm, and once he stumbled upon regenerative ag, he knew he had found what he’d been looking for. Now, he’s planting cover crops in orchards and working on improving the health of soils in orchards and field crops.
Kenny lives with his wife, Nathalie, and their children, Emma and James, in Cuauhtémoc, Chihuahua, Mexico.
