Do you have skills in marketing? Can you talk the talk and walk the walk of marketing lingo with ads, funnels, email marketing and offers? Would you feel confident enough to keep a curious conversation going around this subject with a business owner, interviewing them and digging in to find the hidden gems of their most recent marketing efforts?

We’re looking for a Community Manager for our online program where we teach farmers and ranchers to sell direct-to-consumer.  

This community will need nurturing just like the soil. Our members need someone to care for them. You’ll be listening to their needs and bringing in experts from the industry, coaches from our team, or other clients who have paved the path previously to help teach them where they are most curious to learn. 

You’ll conduct interviews, hot seats with members, panel discussions, guest expert workshops and the like in order to help our community members gain valuable insight into the world of marketing D2C and being a business owner.  

The Responsibilities this Role: 

To create an authentic and genuinely valuable resource for farmers and ranchers by creating real connections inside our community with members and between members.

To cultivate relationships with industry experts and members of our social media communities to bring in the best resources for our clients

To welcome new members in through leading Orientation and creating engaging posts about new members.

To set up Special Live Calls with Industry Experts that will help our community where and when they need it most.

To curate content that best fits the needs of our community that drives engagement, interaction and a wow factor experience.

To facilitate client connections during our in person workshops

To co-host weekly online coaching calls with our head coach to help each client know they are seen and supported.

You have a first-hand understanding of the agricultural industry from either having lived or worked on a farm

You are passionate about marketing (the psychology of people) and what it takes to own and grow a business

You easily create great connections with everyone you meet and have a love for people 

You are comfortable networking and making connections to bring in world class discussions, resources and knowledge to our community
