Director of Operations
Kathy McCart grew up in central Florida and now resides in Elba, Alabama. She is the Director of Operations for Understanding Ag, LLC and the Secretary for the South Poll Grass Cattle Association.
Previously, Kathy worked as executive secretary for the Grassfed Exchange, where her primary responsibilities included conference coordination, logistical coordination and member communications. She also served as a certified carcass ultrasound technician for 15 years.
In addition to her position with Understanding Ag, Kathy coordinates with associates and staff to oversee the day-to-day business operations of the organization, including accounting, marketing, communications, meeting logistics, web and social media activities.
